HR Advisor

Your role will be to work with the Assistant Director – People to help implement our Learning and Development Strategy and framework and work with managers and staff to drive organisational continuous improvement. You will, as part of the HR team, also provide general HR advice and support for our staff and Board members.

Being CIPD qualified or with equivalent experience, you will have experience in providing Learning and Development solutions and supporting organisational change. You will also need to have up-to-date knowledge of employment issues and strong attention to detail and the foresight to identify and mitigate risk as you will provide general HR advice and support. Excellent communications and customer service skills, and the credibility to gain respect and build rapport within a team. You will also be comfortable working with autonomy.
