EMEA Benefits Lead - London
This is a contract position to cover a maternity leave, and a great opportunity for someone to lead the benefits agenda across the EMEA region. This will be on a PAYE or Umbrella basis.
You will provide ownership, execution and delivery of the full scope of activities associated with the development and administration of the benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and legally compliant. Working in a global team, and partnering with HR Advisors and Business Leaders, you will lead and manage the regional benefits programs and projects, as part of the global total rewards strategy.
The successful candidate will have
Strong experience in benefits, preferably in Financial Services or a global company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and well organised
Advanced skills in Excel
Ability to work autonomously, while recognising team oriented goal and building rapport across wider HR team
UK pension knowledge is desirable
