Senior Manager Reward EMEA

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a major luxury brand based in central London recruiting for a Reward Lead EMEA to sit on the MEMA leadership team.

This role will be critical in the delivery of reward programmes across the EMEA regions.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining the EMEA reward strategy

Working collaboratively with the HR Leadership team to align the people strategy

Revaluate current commissions plans and incentives to reward retail employees

Oversee collective bargaining agreements

monitor minimum wage legislation

Lead on reward communications

The successful candidate will need to have exceptional stakeholder management experience with the ability to work closely with business leaders and the EMEA HR leadership team, as well as the Global Reward Director and HRD.
