Senior HR Manager opportunity to lead an HR specialist team who deliver professional ER & Change
Were seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead a team of HR Advisors and HR Specialist delivering a professional and comprehensive HR service across employer relations and change.
You will be leading a team of HR professionals, guiding and advising them on a range of complex employer relations case work/case review and change activity such as restructures and TUPE.
You will build relationships with senior Managers and the executive team to ensure an effective management of the organisations employer relations approach.
As a lead HR professional you will also lead on complex change projects such as TUPE.
- Were looking for a confident and credible Senior HR Manager who has a strong background of managing teams of HR/ER professionals handling complex case work and change.
- You will need to have experience of working within large scale complex organisations
- You will have experience of managing Complex employer relations and advising HR professionals with sound advise and support.
- Experience of leading complex change including restructures and TUPE within unionised environments
