An opportunity for an experienced Sourcer/ Recruiter to join a friendly, sociable and outgoing team to work within a professional environment, based in The City, close to St Pauls.

The role requires a highly collaborative approach with a small team based within the UK and US.

To be successful in this role, you must have a professional, refined and adaptable communication style, with experience recruiting for senior / corporate positions and strong self-awareness to build strong relationships across the business.


  • Direct Sourcing of candidates based on selection criteria agreed with along with recruiter and the hiring manager.

  • Act as first point of contact for interested candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Research, identify and pitch new ways of reaching candidates

  • Assist in shortlisting and presenting shortlisted candidates

  • Composition of role descriptions

  • Maintain the candidate database on the candidate tracking system

  • Provide regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress

  • Support the preparation of resourcing data for review and submission


  • Prior Talent Acquisition Sourcing experience (professional services industry experience or similar is a bonus)

  • Experienced using LinkedIn and taking a strategic approach to headhunting for senior levels

  • Confident working within a fast paced environment

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills, excellent relationship building skills and eagerness to succeed is a must

  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
