Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a highly regarded trading firm based in Victoria. We are partnering in their search for a Reward Analyst to join their HR team.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Support throughout the annual salary review
Support submission of the annual compensation survey
Working in excel to provide quality analytics to support the reward and HR team
Assist with benchmarking and job levelling projects
The role holder will have the following attributes:
Previous experience working in as part of an HR function, in an analytical role (required)
Previous experience working in a reward function (desireable)
Advanced proficiency in excel (pivot tables and Vlookups essential, formula experience desirable)
Excellent communication, team working, organisational and interpersonal skills
