A Financial Services organisation based in the City, is currently looking for a Reward Manager to join them on a permanent basis in a newly created role.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will take ownership of two business areas and be the "go to" for all compensation matters. Key responsibilities:

  • Own and improve the year end compensation process for two key business areas

  • Partner directly with the business, building strong relationships

  • Manage the firms share schemes

  • Work closely with third party providers

  • Lead on compensation projects

Key requirements:

  • Experience running a year end compensation process, ideally within a financial services reward function

  • Strong understanding of share schemes

  • Understanding of remuneration regulations affecting the UK Asset Management market

  • Confident user of excel

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
