Your new role
As Interim HR Adviser you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of an effective, efficient and customer-focused HR Service to a defined portfolio of schools across the university. In this role you will have to provide advice and guidance to managers and staff, addressing HR queries and working proactively to provide operational and administrative support on all aspects of HR. On a day to day basis, you will have a lot of recruitment responsibilities and you will also have to get involved in other aspects. This is an interim period for a period for 4 weeks initially.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as HR Officer or Adviser supporting mostly with recruitment and advising on policies and procedures is essential for this role. As an individual you will need to be proactive, flexible and demonstrate the ability to prioritise work load. You will be required to interview week commencing 8th July with the view of starting week commencing 15th July, so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
