Your new employer:
Place2Be is a leading children’s mental health charity providing in-school support and expert professional development to improve the emotional well-being of children and young people, families, teachers and school staff.
In the last year we have worked with over 900 schools across England, Scotland and Wales, reaching a school population in excess of 142,000 children and young people, helping them to cope with wide-ranging and often complex social issues including bullying, bereavement, domestic violence, family breakdown, neglect and trauma.
Our teams provide a range of services in our partner schools to build resilience early in life through counselling, creative work and play, and by supporting a child’s ability to engage in school life.
Our mission is to help build "mentally healthy" schools and communities where children can thrive and grow up with prospects rather than problems.
Who are we looking for?
Are you a fully qualified CIPD professional with extensive post-qualifying HR generalist experience? If you are then your next career move could involve working for a fabulous, high profile charity, with strong values and mission working in the area of children’s mental health with a focus on working in schools.
This is an exciting time to be joining us – interest in children’s mental health has never been higher and our strategic vision is to share and disseminate our 24 years of mental health expertise to extend our reach to many more schools around the country.
