Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

* Checking and validating internal MI reports i.e. workforce planning, sickness and board reports

* Responding to data requests

* Maintaining a plan of MI reports, ensuring that data is collated in a customer focussed and accurate way

* Improving the quality of system MI reports

* First point of contact for all queries.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor must have:

*Experience in a HR systems position

* Strong / advanced excel skills.
