Client Details

Our public sector client works within the health and social care sector providing support to those with a disability or mental health condition.

Description

  • Plan, design and implement a leadership and management development programme to ensure core competences of skills, knowledge and behaviours are met
  • Review current L&D metrics
  • Review current content of all courses and ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Promotion of Apprenticeship programme

Profile

  • Knowledge of the health and social care is desirable
  • Proven experience of implementing and delivering management development programmes
  • Experience of management of an L&D function

Job Offer

  • 3 - 6 month contract
