HR BP reporting directly to the Global HRD and joining established HR team - managing Talent, L&D and ER.
Global media agency in the entertainment market with offices in L.A and London. Recognised in their field as a market leader they continue to grow and have recently secured additional funding. Employing close to 300 professionals in the UK organised in a matrix structure.
The Global People Director is recruiting a commercial, HR Business Partner to join the wider London based HR team. As the HR BP you will support your own customer group of c90 professionals on all cyclical HR issues as well as support the UK business on all Talent, L&D and ER issues as well as people based projects.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of working as an HR Business Partner within a commercial business. You will have proven experience of working with psychometric evaluation methodology as well as experience of implementing a Learning and Development and/or Talent Strategy. You will be proactive and able to make improvements to operational processes. as well as being able to maintain confidentiality. You will be able to work autonomously and be able to demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to work well across different functions. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a temp to perm role.
Remuneration will include a base between £50,000 and £55,000, bonus, share scheme and co. benefits.
