Interim HR Process Transformation Lead - up to £425 p/d

Annapurna HR are working with a global organisation on an Interim HR Process Transformation Lead role.

My client are currently completing a review of the current operating model within HR and are looking for someone to support the transition in order to drive efficiency whilst improving the customer experience for the business. The role will be look over the complete HR employment life-cycle, both transactional and strategic, from role identification through talent search and acquisition/recruiting, pre-onboarding, onboarding, performance management, talent management, and the exiting or retire processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in the following areas -

  • Familiarity with OD/TOM principals
  • HR service transitions, business process outsourcing or offshoring business processes
  • Using Lean Six Sigma tools and principles to identify operational and process efficiency improvement opportunities
  • Experienced in change management with the ability to construct implementation plans which include recommendations to ensure successful change adoption
