HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner job based in Angel paying £40,000- £45,000 per annum.

You will be working for a growing charity based in London surrounded by amenities and amazing restaurants and shops. This is a permanent HR Partner Coordinator position paying between £40,000- £45,000 per annum.
Your new role
As a HR Partner, your objectives will be to partner with key stakeholders to develop people practices, initiatives and processes to support growth of the company. You will also support the Head of People and Culture to motivate the team and deliver effective strategies, to engage employees and create a culture of coaching and feedback, to allow all employees reach their potential. The role includes delivering key People and Culture initiatives to address workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, reward and recognition, employee engagement and business growth. You will also manage an end to end high volume ER caseload across disciplinaries, grievance, absence, sickness etc, from investigation to dismissal level. You will also be coordinating reports on employee engagement and monitoring employee inductions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should be an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about HR. You should be able to show understanding about and experience in employee engagement initiatives and HR policies formulation. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified, be educated to degree level or equivalent have at least 3 years experience of working within a similar role.
