A law firm, based in the City, is currently looking for an HR analyst to join their friendly HR team.

Reporting into the Reward Manager, the analyst will support the HR function from a data perspective in a varied and growing role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership over all HR reporting - including (but not limited to) diversity and inclusions, gender pay reporting, employee data etc.

  • Monthly and quarterly reporting to senior stakeholders

  • Support the implementation of the new HR system

  • Act as first line of support for all HR system queries

  • Support with company benefits

  • Responsibility for annual salary and benefits survey

  • Assist with monthly payroll

Skills and Experience:

  • Comfortable working with large data sets, competent user of excel (vlookups and pivot tables as a minimum)

  • Experience of working in an HR function

  • HR systems and reporting experience required

  • Friendly and personable character

  • Desirable to have experience working in a professional services organisation
