Your new role
The HR Business Partner will work in partnership with the Regional Director to support business objectives, to and develop and implement a regional people strategy. The role also will lead a small team responsible for delivery for a comprehensive HR service across the region. The HR Business Partner act as a point of escalation for the HR team and lead on complex employee relations cases including investigations and tribunals. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for change management programmes including restructuring, redundancies and TUPE. The postholder will also lead and support organisational wide project management. Frequent travel across the region will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager with very strong business partnering, employee relations, change management experience. Previous team management and project management experience is essential. Candidates will be values orientated and be able to build effective working relationships with people at all levels across the organisation.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £44,000 to £48,500 plus benefits
