We are currently working with a Private Equity business on a brand new HR Associate opportunity! This role would suit a highly motivated HR practioner looking for a role that demands initiative! The business are currently going through high growth and as a key member of HR this an exciting opportunity to help take HR to the next level. This role will cover all operational aspects of the HR lifecycle processes, including recruitment, new joiner/leavers, talent, benefits, payroll, ER and project work.

Duties include:
  • Manage the end to end recruitment processes from brief through to offer
  • Responsible for the creation of contracts and offer letters
  • Manage pre-employment screening process
  • Point of contact for all queries concerning HR related policies and procedures as well as benefits (e.g. PMI, dental, life assurance, pension, eye tests, etc.)
  • Support the mid-year and year-end performance review process
  • System Administrator for the HR database ensuring that it is customised according to business needs
  • Support ER matters as necessary including long term sick, absence, maternity/paternity, performance
  • Support monthly payroll processes
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required


Candidate requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a Human Resources capacity (2+ years)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Self starting with ability to work independently yet with strong sense of team play and common goals
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to use initiative
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to prioritise workload
  • Intermediate/Advanced level of the MS Office suite (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook)
