My client a social enterprise group are looking to hire a HR and Recruitment Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. Working in a standalone capacity you will be responsible for delivering a professional and seamless end-to-end recruitment and HR service to business.
On the recruitment side you will be working closely with stakeholders to develop and job and persons specs ensuring that all roles are advertised correctly. You will be leading on all first stage interviews and supporting stakeholders through the interview process. For specialist roles you will also be working closely with recruitment agencies to ensure they understand the company hiring needs. On the HR side you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle including: onboarding, generating contacts, offboarding and exit interviews. you will provide advise on HR policies and procedures and lead on the application of new policies.
To carry out this role you will be immediately available or available on a short notice period. My client is open to full time and part time workers.
