Your new role
Working in this large not for profit organisation, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy behind the organisations L&D function, ensuring that the core training offer is delivering a real return on investment. Alongside this you will also develop the learning offering by expanding the range of training and formats available to employees.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced L&D Manager, who has a track record in implementing initiatives, project management and a real passion for people. This is an immediate requirement, therefore candidates should be free at short notice.
