A global Law firm is recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator to join their team. Reporting into a Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Scheduling seminar dates in conjunction with L&D Managers

  • Advertising seminars to prospective attendees

  • Collating invitation responses

  • Liaising with speakers and trainers regarding seminar materials

  • Liaising with facilities regarding equipment etc.

  • Producing seminar materials in accordance with speaker/trainer instructions

  • Assisting Head of Learning & Development with talent management programmes as required

  • Assisting the Global Head of Learning as required

  • Supporting with budget and invoice administration

As Learning & Development Administrator, you will possess:

  • Experience within a Learning & Development or training or admin role

  • Proficiency in scheduling, organizing, and administering seminars and off-sites

  • Strong use of MS Office skills
