A global Law firm is recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator to join their team. Reporting into a Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Scheduling seminar dates in conjunction with L&D Managers
Advertising seminars to prospective attendees
Collating invitation responses
Liaising with speakers and trainers regarding seminar materials
Liaising with facilities regarding equipment etc.
Producing seminar materials in accordance with speaker/trainer instructions
Assisting Head of Learning & Development with talent management programmes as required
Assisting the Global Head of Learning as required
Supporting with budget and invoice administration
As Learning & Development Administrator, you will possess:
Experience within a Learning & Development or training or admin role
Proficiency in scheduling, organizing, and administering seminars and off-sites
Strong use of MS Office skills
