Our client is an innovative leader in its specialist sector, valued at over £2bn. What's important in this business is simple. They need an experienced reward specialist with Remco expertise to join their business and be part of a highly considered first class HR function.
Reporting into the Group HRD, this is an exciting opportunity for to make a real difference. As part of the Company's top team, you'll be motivated by having a very broad remit that touches all aspects of reward and recognition, including Remco, supporting the business risk agenda, as well as working on the implementation of a global framework planned for this financial year.
From a personal perspective, we're looking for the best. Successful candidates will be proactive, positive, impactful individuals with intellectual rigour. Pragmatism and collaboration are valued here and everyone strives to be and do their best.
Strong candidates will have previously worked in a Plc environment with an international reward remit and have Remco experience too. This level of Executive Reward experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will be based in the North West although we're open to a 3-day office/2-day home split.
