Our client is a fast paced, ambitious business that has grown organically and through acquisition. The role of HR Operations Manager is a pivotal role, for an ambitious individual to bring a forward thinking approach and drive continuous improvement across HR Operations. You will ensure the highest integrity, accuracy and quality of their HR systems, HR administration and policy and process development to shape and deliver an effective and efficient HR service to this dynamic business. Supporting the HR Director, you will leverage technology whilst managing the smooth integration of new policy, systems and practice across the business, working in partnership with the HRBP team.

As a member of the business unit leadership team, you will support the delivery of all elements of the employee lifecycle to build appropriate HR processes, analytics and associated advisory services to support business decisions and drive business performance and a strong culture of engagement, whilst ensuring satisfied customer service is delivered through the team. Your role will primarily be a facilitator of improvement and exceptional customer service; effectively working in partnership with the HRBPs and HR Director to develop their HR Systems, data and processes to support and enhance an evolving business.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Operations Manager with strong HR data and systems knowledge, as well as experience of creating governance frameworks across an organisation, ideally within the technology sector. Commercially astute, with experience of delivery of a people and customer centric HR service, the successful incumbent will also be able to demonstrate success in managing a team and the preparation and generation of delivering reporting and analytics. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.  This role offers an ambitious, tenacious individual the next step in their HR career, supported by a HR Director.
