A global architectural firm is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this include:

  • Respond to phone queries/email queries

  • Provide 1st line advice to employees where appropriate

  • Undertake research as requested by the advisory team

  • Coordinate weekly inductions

  • Assist with the annual graduate show

  • Draft contracts and agreements

  • Note taking on meetings and prepare documentation

  • Process employee lifecycle changes

This person will:

  • Have 1-2 years in HR ideally within professional services

  • Have strong initiative and have a proactive approach

  • Have excellent Microsoft office skills

  • Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to co-ordinate and manage people, events and data

  • Be enthusiastic and resilient

  • Have good time management skills
