HR Manager needed to build a HR function and help through a period of significant positive change.

Client Details

The client is well established manufacturing company that have just been acquired and are looking to grow and harmonise with during this period of positive change. Based in Hampshire they have excellent commuter links and are commercially very successful.


The HR Manager will need to come in and help build a new HR function in a changing environment. This is a full generalist position and will encompass all HR content from change management, OD through to ER and absence management and recruitment. A team will be build and it is the responsibility of the HR Manager to develop those individuals and the HR offering.

Job Offer

£40k - £45k plus benefits
