Reporting into the HRD, this is a high-profile exciting opportunity for the new Global Group Reward Manager to make a real difference. You will work as part of a small and tight knit HR team you will be motivated by having a broad strategic remit that touches all aspects of international reward and recognition, including due diligence/M&A and Remco. As you'll be operating in a standalone capacity, you'll need to be very hands on too. You will be confident working with Stakeholders at all levels and will be highly analytical.
Ideally candidates will have worked in the manufacturing sector and have knowledge of working with Unions too. Experience of working with French work councils and bringing French language skills would be a distinct advantage as well as experience of working with the USA. However, this is not essential as training will be provided for the successful candidate.
