A leading global financial services business in the city currently have an exciting Technology & Finance Talent Acquisition Specialist role available on a 6 month basis.

Through effective direct recruitment and management of vendors, this role will fill open business requirements as well as creating a candidate pipeline for future openings! Duties will include: drafting advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, screening and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers; following up with candidates and hiring managers; and additional projects as assigned.

You will have previous experience recruiting for highly skilled technology specialists; having worked in either a Financial Services firm or a relevant recruitment agency or executive search firm.

Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; industry/experience can substitute for formal education
  • Strong experience recruiting Financial Services and IT professionals - either agency, onsite or in-house
  • Detailed oriented and process driven
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Consultative approach
