Oakleaf Partnership are working with a major luxury brand based in central London recruiting for their Reward Lead for their Consumer Brands. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of total reward experience, ideally on a global level and you will have operated in a retail or sales/commission lead business previously.
Due to a recent restructure, this is a newly created position for a total reward expert to act as the technical reward expert for all matters relating to the consumer brand areas. You will lead on activities from market data, job evaluation, annual reward cycles and projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading on salary review, bonuses and LTIPS
Partnering with the Head of Reward with alignment of global, group wide reward initiatives
Design and implement reward tools to support line managers with developing consistent pay arrangements to employees
Act as the internal expert for all reward matters
Support senior stakeholders across the business with the development of market data and analysis
This opportunity is a true global role, therefore experience across US, EMEA and APAC would be desirable but not essential. As you will be the retail expert internally, it is important you have previously operated successfully in a sales/commission lead environment.
