Learning & Development Manager job based in Brighton paying £33k plus excellent benefits
Your new company
You will be working for an expanding organisation based in the heart of Brighton close to the train station.
Your new role
You will work in close partnership with the Head of Organisational Design & Development, HR management committee, directors and other managers from across the organisation, to design, commission and evaluate strategic and operational L&D business consultancy and solutions. You will deliver tailored leadership and management, talent management and succession planning programmes, support change management and identify and plan appropriate people development and learning initiatives in line with the organisation's People strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with extensive experience in an L&D management role including responsibility for budgets, team management, strategic L&D, organisational development and people development. You will have the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive organisational change and best practice.
