Annapurna HR are recruiting for a Head of HR (4m FTC) for a regulatory authority.
This role reports to an Assistant HR Director with a wider HRBP team reporting into this role. With nearly 900 members of staff and an additional membership body of thousands, the business is keen to bring someone on board to work closely with the HR team to ensure a consistent workstream during the contract.
You will be expected to look at talent and ensure the current projects within the organisation are followed through.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar sized business, and have strong operational experience, and additional strategic understanding. Having run a team of HRBP's previously is preferred.
