HR reward & Benefits Consultant - Hatfield - £Negotiable

Our client is a well known, commercial organisation based in Hatfield that is looking for a HR Reward & Benefits Consultant to join a very successful team on a permanent basis. Working in the HR Division, the role will have a particular focus towards Employee Benefits, managing their existing UK benefits offering as well as shaping the future approach of their Global Benefits strategy. You will be required to make decisions and recommendations on what the business can/should do and then manage the implementation of those plans.

- Lead the day to day management of the UK benefits portfolio
- Project manage the UK annual benefits renewal process
- Play an active role in the project to review the Global benefits
- Support the other members of the Reward team to ensure there is sufficient cover in compensation subjects
- Job Evaluation,
- Annual Salary Surveys,
- Salary Reviews,
- Bonuses
- Ad-hoc Projects

You will need the following experience:-

- Proven Reward & Compensation experience within a fast paced complex environment
- A forward thinking result focussed approach is essential
- Logical and pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues
- Strong presentation skills
