Your new role
The Learning & Development Manager will support the development and implementation of the L&D strategy, across the organisation. The post holder will lead a team responsible for the design and delivery of induction, skilled based, customer service and soft skills training. The L&D Manager will drive the design of engaging 70/20/10 model training programmes and the development of innovative elearning & blended learning solutions. The role will also manage and develop early years deployment schemes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a credible Learning & Development Manager with strong of strategic and operational L&D management. Previous experience of managing and developing a high performing team is essential. Proven success in designing creative training programmes, developing the utilisation of elearning solutions and managing early years programmes is also vital. A background in the Financial Services sector or similar would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus great benefits
