Oakleaf Partnership are working with an international Legal firm based in City of London recruiting for a Compensation Manager. This is a permanent position.

Successful candidate will be:

  • Comfortable building spreadsheet data from scratch and developing reporting to support the decision making process.

  • In depth knowledge and prior work experience of benchmarking roles and use of external salary surveys.

  • Experience of a professional services environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on operational excellence.

  • Ability to work under own initiative as required and without precedent.

  • Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple mandates.
