Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb opportunity for an HR Manager to work for our client, a specialist Oil & Gas business based in Buckinghamshire.
You will have full responsibility of HR services to the Retail HR Team supporting a group of convenience stores across Buckinghamshire. You will manage a team made up of Business Partners, HR & Payroll Team, Resourcing & ER team.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing HR strategic plans and budgets
Identifying, recommending, developing and implementing programs or processes to address business needs.
Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
Implementing business portfolio changes
Strategies and tactics for diagnosing and changing the workforce representation, driving inclusive behaviours and enhancing fair and transparent people practices.
Drive a consistent approach to talent management and succession planning across the business which delivers clear actions around training and development
Champion the embedding of a performance led culture by leading the annual appraisal process to ensure performance differentiations.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:
Ability to design and develop HR strategies to support strategic business goals.
Knowledge of the HR field including employment laws and regulations for UK and Continental Europe.
Ability to manage a team using group dynamics while encouraging creativity and innovation.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with and resolve ambiguous, confidential and sensitive situations and issues of a complex nature while providing flexible solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate business and technical information clearly.
Excellent project management, organizing and planning skills.
