Your new company, situated within the Burnley area, are well-known within the public arena and, due to change and organisational growth, are looking to welcome a HR Business Partner to their central team with one direct report.
Your new role
You new job will oversee the provision of the HR strategy for the business including workforce planning, policy development, liaising with stakeholders and senior management to maximise performance. You will effectively have responsibility over HR initiatives to drive business forward, your job will be heavily focused around people development, ensuring relevant training is in place to ensure employees' progression within the company, highly complex employee relations casework and resourcing strategy in addition to supporting with the organisational structure and any subsequent restructures.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a CIPD educated professional with demonstrable experience within a similar capacity. You will be a well-rounded HR generalist with experience overseeing both the operational and strategic remits of HR, complex casework and adept to advising on areas such as TUPE and restructures. You will have had experience working with Trade Unions and policy development.
