My client is an international utilities brand undergoing a global optimization project urgently seeking a People Process Lead to join on a 6 - 12 month contract with an immediate start. Based in Central London you will report into the overall Project Lead and act as the subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mapping, working through subsequent organisation design implications

  • Highlight to project teams the people related impacts of proposed process changes

  • Stakeholder management supporting the implementation of solutions including Global Shared Service centres, automation and AI

  • Apply knowledge within the business to mitigate risk and identifies new ways to assess adherence to amended processes

  • Supporting broader HR teams to plan and execute people impacts of desired changes

  • Show an awareness of how technology can be deployed to deliver efficiency, effectiveness and

control to meet business requirements

  • Apply project management techniques to manage large and complex projects and ensures changes are

embedded into business as usual process

  • Well-developed analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills;

  • Coach and develop ability to manage people

  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently and work to deadlines;

  • Input into change management plans and assistance with training efforts

  • Input into programme plan, critical path, risks and dependencies

Experience required:

  • A proven track record of having worked in a similar role in Finance, with a Big 4

Accounting firm, Consulting or a Law firm

  • Experience within the utilities industry

  • Ability to achieve results in a matrix organisation

  • Knowledge of organisation design model and methodology

  • Knowledge of change management framework
