Your new company
You new company is a global law firm which has quadrupled in size over the past decade. The firm has 50 offices which operate across six continents.

Your new role
In your new role you will report to the Senior L&D Manager and will be required to design and
deliver the firm's graduate, apprentice, paralegal and legal executive training programmes.

You will:

  • Identify training needs and deliver a best class programme
  • Ensure the core skills curricula are delivered
  • Work with Partners, Associates and Professional Support Lawyers, Graduate Recruitment and HR Business
  • Diagnose individual learning needs working in conjunction with the Graduate Recruitment team
  • Design and deliver the newly qualified induction programme
  • Manage external suppliers
  • Grow the LMS

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have:

  • Proven experience in a L&D role, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Experience successfully designing, delivering, scheduling and administrating seminars
  • Experience of identifying training and development needs
  • Effective stakeholder management
