Interim HR Business Partner - 12 month FTC

A 12 month FTC for a well established manufacturing business based in Hull

An operational HR role with exposure to HR projects

Client Details

A leading manufacturing brand based in Hull.


Employing approx. 1200 people across Supply Chain and R&D, you'll be responsible for providing support across a range of client groups, developing and implementing excellent people management practices.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting HR Projects cross-functionally
* Providing support and advice to employees and managers within your designated client groups, including a range of employee relations cases, providing best practice and current employment law advice
* Trend analysis to proactively identify issues and opportunities to drive business performance
* Challenging the status quo, and using your knowledge and experience to provide innovative solutions to business problems.


* Educated to degree level or equivalent, and CIPD qualified, you'll have a good breadth of HR experience
* Familiarity with HR systems including Success Factors would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and analysis skills, coupled with the ability to hit the ground running and build credibility quickly.

Job Offer

  • Salary £40,000 - £48,000k per annum
  • 12 month FTC
