Description

Reporting into the HR function you will have a full generalist Reward remit across the business for approx 1500 employees including:

  • Benchmarking
  • Bonus and payments
  • Gender paygap reporting
  • Analysing Reward data for the SLT
  • Adhoc Reward projects to meet business demand

Profile

  • Have previously worked in a Reward role - ESSENTIAL
  • Have the full reward remit working in a fast paced organisation with a headcount of approx 1500 employees
  • Have excellent stakeholder relationships
  • IT proficient including HR systems, Excel intermediate level
  • Have previously worked on Gender paygap reporting, benchmarking, pay and bonuses

Job Offer

  • Salary £40,000 - £50,000k per annum
