Workday HRIS Lead

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading Insurance company based in City of London recruiting for an HRIS Lead role working with their Workday system. This is a permanent position within the HR Ops team, reporting directly into the HR Ops Director, with one direct report.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as Workday Technical SME

  • Managig international HRIS projects

  • Driving HR systems and reporting/analytics agendas; continue to enhance, create efficiencies in, and promote adoption of Workday

  • Managig and developing internal HRIS analyst resource

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholder functions

  • Facilitate other internal technology projects utilising Workday/HR data

  • Perform BAU activities, e.g., make configuration changes, troubleshoot errors, field queries, build and run reports

  • Leading HR, Manager and Employee Training on new and existing Workday processes and Functionality
