Your new company
Your new employers are a well-known presence in the care industry, based just outside of central Preston with multiple sites across the UK. Due to various projects and restructure, they are now looking for an experience HR Advisor to join their team initially for a 3-6 months basis, with the possibility of extension or a permanent position.
Your new role
Your new job as a HR Advisor will have a strong focus around the provision of employee relations, tackling a high volume of employee relations issues and complex caseloads through to completion. You will be liaising with senior managers and stakeholders within the business in addition to coaching and mentoring line managers on employee relations issues. You will be reviewing and updating HR policies, assisting with the recruitment process and other related duties. This role will require travel to other sites, though this will vary, and provide an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set in a developing organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Advisor, with demonstrable skills in dealing with caseloads. Our client is looking for a professional who is able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, fully versed and up-to-date with employment law and able to communicate across all levels. You will be adaptable, confident in working with senior management, in addition to having a commercial mindset.
