HR Analyst

Your new company
Your new company is an Italian multinational and leading Oil & Gas firm based in central London.

Your new role
In your new role you will support the communication, negotiation and completion of job offer proposals and other C&B analysis in like with the mobility policies and compensation procedures.

You will report to the Development, Compensation and Benefits Manager.

  • Prepare and negotiate salary proposals
  • Update the HR system
  • Support on the salary review process
  • Support the C&B team with policy interpretation and annual compensation cycles
  • Be involved in projects- bench parking, mobility and business development
  • Support with Monthly Cost Accrual Reports
  • Support the team on annual obligations e.g. budgeting, forecasting and contract renewals

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have experience in a C&B department, have excellent communication and negotiation skills and have strong Excel skills.
