Your new company
A global business consultancy are currently looking to recruit a Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join them on an initial 6 month FTC.
Your new role
You will report into the Global Compensation and Benefits Director, and manage the cyclical reward activities across multiple geographies to include EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
You will lead on reward activities such as role profile grading, and benchmarking, as well as ad hoc projects that come through.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a knowledgeable Reward Manager, who is looking to join a fast paced business. You will have lead on a number of reward projects, and ideally have global or EMEA experience.
