Regional HR Advisor - 6 month FTC
Your new company
A leading academic establishment are looking to recruit a HR Advisor, initially on a 6 month fixed term basis to support a HR Business Partner to deliver a full range of generalist HR Support.
Your new role
With sites across the West Midlands, this role has the flexibility to work from a number of different locations, including an ability to work from home. You will be supporting the full employee life-cycle, from recruitment and selection, through to performance management and first sage disciplinary proceedings. Supporting a HRBP, who is keen to develop the successful individual, this is a great opportunity to gain experience.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a experienced HR Advisor, who is able to work on their own initiative. Any experience of working within the Education sector would be beneficial, but not essential. This is a urgent requirement, therefore candidates should be available on short notice.
