HR Assistant

A London based Property Investment and Development firm are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their team. As HR Assistant, responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment and induction

    • Recording all speculative applications

    • Supporting team as required with scheduling and arranging interviews and liaising with candidates as required

    • Assisting with organizing recruitment meetings

    • Producing contracts and offer letters

    • Pre-screening checks for new joiners

    • Organizing inductions

  • HR operations

    • Providing advice and guidance to staff and managers on people policies and processes

    • Managing contractual processes and changes

    • Monitoring probation periods for new joiners and administering holiday and sickness absence

    • Managing day-to-day benefits queries

  • HR processes and procedures

    • Assisting with reviewing and developing HR processes and ensuring they are GDPR compliant

    • Processing invoices as required

  • Training Coordination

    • Producing relevant statistics

    • Maintaining PSL of training providers and assisting with budget

  • HR System

    • Maintaining and making sure all up to date

    • Assisting with system related projects or processes

  • Committee report preparation

    • Developing and maintaining an understanding of the Board and Executive Committee report topics

    • Preparing and formatting HR reports

    • Maintaining and preparing Succession and Talent documents

  • HR Projects

    • Diversity & inclusion initiatives

    • Employee engagement initiatives

As HR Assistant, you will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as HR Assistant or equivalent

  • Adept at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience of working with a professional workforce

  • Strong IT skills
