Regional HR Business Partner - North
Regional travel - covering Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Scottish Borders
Salary c.£40,000 - £45,000
Our client has seen significant growth as as a result is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to support a multi-site client group. You will support sites across the North of England and into Scotland, with one monthly meeting in Birmingham.
With headquarters in south Birmingham, this is a business who grows through acquisition but offers full and flexible support to these sites without altering their individual identities. As a result, your role as a HR Business Partner will be to tailor your support in both and operational and strategic capacity depending on the needs of each site in your region. You will have full autonomy to manage your own diary, splitting your time as needed between in this field based role.

Please note that there is a travel requirement in this role.
We are looking for:
Experience in a multi-site HR role with exposure to both operational HR and strategic projects
Strong background in ER case management.
Experience managing acquisitions and client on-boarding
The ability to guide and coach senior stakeholders
A HR professional with generalist experience in a HR Advisory role
Someone who is detail/data driven and enjoys this side of HR would be a good fit for this team
