Reward Manager

A financial services organisation based in the City, is currently looking for a Reward Manager to join them on 12 month contract.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will take ownership and be the "go to" for all compensation matters.

  • Project manage the annual Compensation Review and bonus processes in partnership with the business entities
  • and HRBPs
  • Provide hands on support to the businesses during the annual Compensation Review
  • Provide support to the Compensation Review approval processes including approvals by divisional CEOs, Group
  • CEO and the Remuneration Committee
  • Monitor and review reward and benefit practices in line with the firm's strategy
  • Coach HR business partners on compensation best practice as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience of the running and management of a Compensation review
  • Excellent knowledge of Compensation principles and best practices
  • Experience of using Market Data and survey systems such as Willis Towers Watson
  • Advanced Excel skills
