Senior Reward Manager

My client, a leading global healthcare organisation have an opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join their team in London.

You will be working on an EMEA basis and will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Designing and developing compensation and benefits programmes

  • Managing salary reviews and survey submissions

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting with the design of incentive plans

  • Managing benefit renewals

  • Working on a variety of reward projects throughout the year

This is an exciting time to be joining this organisation due to a recent merger and there are a number of harmonisation projects ongoing.

We are looking for someone with a strong compensation background who ideally also has experience working within benefits.
