Workday Analyst

Oakleaf are working with a global Insurance firm on a Workday Analyst role, this is a 12 month contract reporting into the Head of HRIS. This role will provide HRIS & MI Support service for the global HRIS (Workday) to key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess requirements, perform impact assessments, design and build technical solutions

  • Support the Head of HRIS in key strategic projects and module deployments globally

  • Maintenance of the Workday system utilising the available functionality and support the drive for automation and process improvements where applicable

  • Resolve queries being raised, resolve where possible or liaise with 3rd party support agent

  • Ensure annual events are delivered accurately and on time

  • Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's

  • Maintain the existing HR Systems (Workday, Sage, Cornerstone) integrations with fully documented process maps and instructions

  • Provide the management information provision for the business utilising Workday

The successful candidate will have:

  • Workday configuration experience, ideally with knowledge of the HCM and advanced compensation modules

  • Excellent HR Systems, HR policies and process knowledge

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and complex data

  • Experience of UAT system testing

  • Strong analytical skills
