Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading charity who are looking to appoint an Interim Head of HR to join their team. Due to the urgent requirement of this role the role will initially be offered on a 6 month FTC basis and you must be available to start at short notice.
This role will report into the HR Director and support on a number of change projects including a review of the HR team, complex ER and pay/reward.
To develop and deliver a reward strategy that supports business objectives.
To provide leadership to the Executive Team on people issues within the business and advise them on appropriate action.
To lead and manage the HR & Payroll team of nine and facilitate their ongoing development.
To provide coaching and facilitation skills to the Executive Team.
To keep abreast of current and future legislation ensuring that any key business risks are identified and managed appropriately.
To support the internal communication processes as and where necessary to ensure people within the business are provided with all relevant information needed to do their job and support key business objectives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3 years HR experience at management level
Confident in working closely with senior exec team
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience of having worked at Head of HR level
