Senior HR Business Partner
A global financial services firm based in Chiswick, West London, is looking for a Senior HR BP to join the HR team. Reporting in to the Global Head of HR based in the USA, you will be responsible for supporting all UK based employees (circa 140 employees) while working as part of a global team. You will also be responsible for managing an HR team of 4 people.
You will operate in a broad strategic and operational Generalist role in a fast paced busy and varied position. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills dealing directly with the global leadership team which are geographically dispersed. You will manage HR Advisory, Coaching, ER / Policy, Talent & Development, Performance Management and managing annual HR processes / ad-hoc projects, supported by a small collaborative team.
You will be an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner looking to take a step up or Head of HR role with a global financial services organisation. Ideally you will have operated in large and small corporate organisations (financial services is preferable). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills needed. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
